To secure your reservation, a security deposit of 2,000 EUR is required, which will be returned after your stay. Payment terms include a 25% reservation fee, 35% payment 60 days before your stay, and the remaining 40% payment 15 days before your stay. For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy on our website.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees are as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival – 40% of the agreed total rental price must be paid.
Up to 60 days prior to arrival – 60% of the agreed total rental price must be paid.
Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of the agreed total rental price must be paid.

Our rooms are well-equipped for colder winter months with efficient heating systems, to keep you warm and comfortable.
